Application:

 What are the requirements to apply?


A: To apply, you need to be 21 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license, present a guarantor, submit the most recent six months’ bank statement, and proof of address and some other documents.

How long until I can access a vehicle?


A: The process can take up to 5-10 business days, depending on how quickly we receive the required documentation.

Must I be driving on any taxi-hailing platform?


No, we provide access to auto-preneurs who have no history with any taxi-hailing company.

How do I apply?


Come down to our office and Fill out our application form, and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the vehicle, weekly payment, and term.

 How does it work?


Our programs increase the reach for vehicle ownership. Customers pay weekly or monthly fees to cover their hire purchase or rental.

 What is included in our rental package?


 Our rental package includes comprehensive insurance, auto care, vehicle registration, and security (tracker).

What products do you offer?

Brisk Mobile offers both Hire-purchase and Car Rental options. Our rental product creates a path to vehicle ownership for auto-preneur who do not have a high deposit budget. With our rental, you would be able to save and earn money towards owning a vehicle through our hire-purchase.

What vehicle brands do we offer?


Currently, we offer Honda and Toyota brands.

Payments

Can I cancel my contract?


Yes, you can, but all payments made toward the vehicle would be void.

 When is my payment due?


Payments are made weekly or monthly, depending on the product.

What happens if I don’t make my payment?


Deferred payment options are available if eligible, but non-payment may result in vehicle recovery.

Does Brisk Mobile accept cash?


We have a zero-cash policy; all payments are to be made via our bank or remittance portal.

Rental:

Do I need to make any deposit to gain access to a vehicle?
No, you won’t need to.

How soon can I get access to a vehicle?


We require up to 10 business days, depending on the prompt submission of required documentation.

Do I have to maintain the vehicle?


Brisk Mobile provides monthly maintenance (oil change etc) and warranty repairs on engine and gear box.  

How much is the weekly payment?


Weekly payment starts at 50,000 Naira, depending on your security deposit amount.

Are vehicles insured?


Yes, all our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance.

Do you approve all interstate commutes?


Approval is subject to safety checks and payment history. High-risk destinations may be declined.

Who maintains the vehicle?


A: Brisk Mobile maintains the engine and gearbox, while also providing scheduled mantainance services for select vehicles.

Are there any fees involved?


We charge a one-time fee starting at 3000 Naira.
The fee is dependent on how long you are away from our geographical location.

What’s the process?


Fill out our “Out of Jurisdiction” form by answering a few questions and we will be sure to get back to you in less than 24 hours.

Do you approve all interstate commutes?


Yes, however, approval is subject to safety checks and payment history.
If your destination is high risk, we reserve the right to decline an out-of-zone request.
As inconvenient as this may be, we believe in safety first.


Are there any fees involved?


 Yes, a one-time fee starting at 3000 Naira is charged for interstate commutes.

Why do you charge an Out-of-jurisdiction fee?


The fee helps cover processing applications and vehicle monitoring personnel.

When is the fee due?


Payment is due upon submission of the application and before your trip.

Does my insurance cover me outside my zone?

Your current insurance covers you only within our jurisdiction.
